Wild River Pub to benefit Yellow Envelope Drive

The community is invited to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Wild River Pub, 533 NE “F” St., on Monday, December 19 from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. with a full day of music, prizes, and specials and 10 percent of the proceeds benefiting the library’s Yellow Envelope Drive.

“We are so proud to be a part of this community that has supported us,” said Wild River Pub Manager Nikki Rochholz, “Giving back to an important organization like our public library made perfect sense.”

The library kicked-off its annual Yellow Envelope Drive on November 16 to raise $175,000 by December 31 to keep the libraries open in Grants Pass, Williams, Wolf Creek, and Illinois Valley. So far, volunteers have raised $94,372 toward the goal.

During the Wild River Pub anniversary celebration, musician Mike Brons will perform from 6–9 p.m., and the Pub will offer raffle prizes and special menu items, including one free child’s entrée with the purchase of an adult entrée.

The Yellow Envelope Drive is sponsored by Cauble, Cauble & Selvig LLP, Clouser Drilling, Edward Jones Investments, and Hart Insurance. Other support for the drive is from the Grants Pass Daily Courier and KAJO/KLDR.
