The quality assurance process for the site includes tests for people with limited mobility, vision/hearing impairments, and literacy, as well as economic disparity and language barriers.
Grants Pass: This library branch is a single-story ADA-compliant building. The entrances are equipped with push-button automatic openers. Two ADA-compliant non-gendered restrooms are available. Accessible parking spaces are designated in both parking lots.
Illinois Valley: This library branch is a single-story ADA-compliant building. The entrance is equipped with a push-button automatic opener. One ADA-compliant non-gendered restroom is available. Accessible parking space is designated in the parking lot.
Wolf Creek: This library branch is a single-story ADA-compliant building. The entrances are equipped with push-button automatic openers. Two ADA-compliant gender-specific restrooms are available. Accessible parking space is designated in the parking lot.
Williams: This library branch is a single-story building. The front entrance features a ramp with handrails. No restroom is available.

- Page magnifiers are available for checkout through the Library of Things
- NVDA screen reading software is installed on one public computer at the Grants Pass Branch.
Large Print: The library maintains a large collection of large print books. Most large print books are housed at the Grants Pass branch but can be accessed at any branch by placing a hold request through the online catalog.
Ebooks and Audiobooks: The library maintains a collection of audiobooks on compact disc. These can be found at all branches or by searching the catalog. Ebooks and audiobooks are available through OverDrive. The font size on OverDrive ebooks can be adjusted to improve legibility. Follow this link to learn how.
