JCF is a student-led 501c3 non-profit formed in 2011 that inspires, engages and strengthens the community through innovative leadership and service. High school students use their energy and creativity to improve the social and economic well-being of the community so every individual has the opportunity to be healthy, educated and prosperous.
Programs and activities focused in the arts, education and career development, sports, fitness and recreation, character and leadership development, and health and life skills.
Student clubs and organizations are a great way to meet new people, learn to work in groups, get involved around campus, learn leadership skills, and form lasting friendships with others who have similar interests.

Free loans of hospital medical equipment, including wheelchairs, walkers, canes, portable toilets, shower stools, and more. Free Easter egg hunt each Easter with free train rides for kids. Three-day Labor Day Festival with free rides for kids, nightly concerts, daily talent contests, truck races, local vendors, food, baseball tournaments, and model airplane airshow. Free Labor Day Parade. $1,000 scholarships provided for five students of Illinois Valley High School each year. Sponsorship of local youth sports teams.
The purpose of the organization is to assist seniors (50+) in learning how to use computers and other technology related devices. Class schedules and discussion groups vary.
