FreeJoin Ann Colonna of the OSU Food Innovation Center from 5:30–6:30 pm on Thursday, August 25 at the Grants Pass branch for Fresh vs. Frozen. Learn about the latest science in the fresh vs. frozen debate and how community members can contribute to research.
Ann and her team put consumers, chefs, and buyers to the test and the results might surprise you! Participants will also have a chance to taste new hazelnut spreads from the Hazelnut Growers of Oregon.
As Program Director at the OSU Food Innovation Center, Ann Colonna assists industry clients with sensory and consumer testing and collaborates in mission-oriented research designed to advance Northwest agriculture and food products.
