Introducing Oregon Authors: Terence Emmons (nonfiction)

Join us for a virtual series this November celebrating Oregon Authors. During each session, enjoy excerpts from the published works of authors including Jessica Mehta, Nancy Lane, Fonda Lee, and Terence Emmons. Learn about their writing processes and publication journeys.

This meetup we meet author Terence Emmons. Terence is a fourth-generation Oregonian. He attended the University of Washington (BA) and UC–Berkeley (MA, PhD) and was a history professor at Stanford for many years prior to retiring to the Applegate Valley. He is the author of several books, including Pioneering Architect W.D. Pugh, The Formation of Political Parties and the First National Elections in Russia, and Gaf! Gaf! Russian Dog Stories.
