donating books and other items

Josephine Community Libraries is grateful for donations from patrons, especially recent best sellers and classics for all ages.

Donations are accepted 11 am to 4 pm on Tuesday through Friday at the back door of the Grants Pass library marked “Employees Only” accessible via the rear (west) parking lot.

In some cases, donated items may be placed into circulation by Josephine Community Libraries. Other acceptable donations will be sold in Friends of the Library book sales, with proceeds benefiting the libraries. Upon request, JCLI can give you a receipt for your donation for tax purposes.
