Helping survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Mitigating the physical, emotional, and societal damage caused by violence in the home.
Mission
Dedicated to ending domestic violence and sexual assault through intervention, prevention, education, and safe shelter.
Programs
24-hour advocacy and intervention services. 24-hour crisis response. Emergency assistance. Family Court Advocacy. Provides court mandated Family Abuse Awareness classes weekly. Criminal Court Advocacy. Women's Support Group. Children's Support Group. One-on-one meetings with victims. Community Education to partner agencies. Sponsorship of the Women's Independence Studies Program for past victims of domestic violence. Department of Human Services, Self-Sufficiency Advocacy. Maintains emergency safe shelter, Talsunne Safe House. WCST Prevention Program.
