Mission
The mission of the National Runaway Safeline (NRS) is to keep America’s runaway, homeless and at-risk youth safe and off the streets.
Programs
Crisis Intervention. Information and Referrals. Conference Calls with families or agencies. Message Service for youth ready to relay a message, but not directly contact a family member. Home Free: In partnership with Greyhound Lines, Inc., NRS helps reunite runaway youth with their families, or alternate living arrangement through a free bus ticket home. Prevention and Educational Materials.
