Southern Oregon Goodwill was founded in 1967 to provide vocational training and work opportunities for veterans and adults with disabilities. Today Goodwill provides employment and training services to hundreds of people annually in Douglas, Jackson, Josephine, and Klamath counties in Oregon and Siskiyou County in California.

Job connection centers, GoodWorks internship program for employers, job skill training, leadership training, savings programs, online literacy support, assistance obtaining appropriate work-ready identification, job-specific or interview clothing and/or transportation assistance to interviews, interview preparation and practice, resume and cover letter development, poverty simulation workshops,
