RASCAL–Rogue Area Senior Computer Assistance League
The purpose of the organization is to assist seniors (50+) in learning how to use computers and other technology related devices. Class schedules and discussion groups vary.
Alzheimer’s Support Group
Whether you are a family caregiver or a person with dementia (including but not limited to that resulting from Alzheimer’s Disease), you deserve to connect with those who understand what you are going through. Share, laugh, cry, vent. It is so good to know that you are not alone. Learn how others are coping with various aspects of the disease process. Hear what has and has not worked for them. Share your own challenges and accomplishments for others to benefit from.
Alcoholics Anonymous
Support group for people who desire to stop drinking alcohol and/or help other alcoholics achieve sobriety.
SNAP–Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program
SNAP offers nutrition assistance to low income individuals and families. Apply online or in person.
UCAN–United Community Action Network
Direct support for people with incomes at or below the federal poverty level.
ReadyRide
ReadyRide provides non-emergency transportations services to the AllCare members of Southern Oregon.
Maslow Project–Grants Pass
We make our services available through public schools, community-based Resource Centers (in Jackson and Josephine County), and if that doesn’t work, our Outreach Team can provide services on the streets or through our mobile outreach to rural communities.
JOE’s Place
Resource center for homeless and unparented youth. Free meals for youth. Free clothes, hygiene products, shoes, and other essential items. Access to a washer and dryer. Mentoring. Religious organization.
