Josephine Community Library launched its annual public survey to gain insight to inform future improvements to services due by Friday, November 15 in order to be counted.
The anonymous survey takes less than 10 minutes and participants have a chance to enter a raffle to win one of the following prizes:
- $100 Amazon gift card
- $100 TJ Maxx gift card
To participate in the online survey, visit research.net/r/JCLD2019 or access it through the library website at josephinelibrary.org. Paper copies are available at all four library branches in Grants Pass, Illinois Valley, Williams, and Wolf Creek.
