Library facilities resume regular operating hours

Josephine Community Library moves forward in its Reopening Plan this week resuming regular operating hours at all four branches in Grants Pass, Illinois Valley, Williams, and Wolf Creek.

Library hours for each branch are as follows:

  • Grants Pass — Tuesday/Thursday from 10 am–7 pm, Wednesday/Friday from 10 am– 6 pm, Saturday from 10 am–4 pm
  • Illinois Valley — Wednesday from 11 am–6 pm, Thursday, Friday/ Saturday from 11 am–5 pm
  • Williams — Tuesday/Wednesday/Saturday from 1–6 pm, Friday from 11 am–4 pm
  • Wolf Creek — Wednesday/Saturday from 1–6 pm, Friday from 11 am–4 pm

Patrons will have access to library facilities, computers may be utilized without appointments and bathroom facilities will reopen.

While the safety of patrons, volunteers, and staff remains top priority, libraries will continue to increase services as circumstances allow in accordance with state and local guidelines. As of June 21, masks are required, and limited seating is available to ensure social distancing per current state guidelines. If the governor’s office and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines change, library requirements will be updated as well.
