Library offers “Loneliness and Aging During COVID-19” Oregon Humanities Conversation Project

Join Josephine Community Library and Oregon Humanities for a virtual community conversation that explores “Loneliness and Aging During COVID-19” from 5–6:30 pm on Thursday, December 9.

What beliefs do we hold about loneliness and aging? If we have elderly neighbors and loved ones, what might they need at this time? During this Oregon Humanities Conversation Project, participants will dive into the effects isolation has on elderly people. For those who are not computer literate, loneliness has only become more intense over the past year.

Registration is required. To sign up, email info@josephinelibrary.org or call 541-476-0571.

This program is hosted by Josephine Community Library and sponsored by Oregon Humanities.
