Through JosephineLINK, you can access up-to-date information for hundreds of community organizations. This easy-to-use online community resource directory is curated by our librarians and updated regularly with the most current contact information as well as hours, locations, and website address. You can browse by category or search by keyword. And, if you want to add an organization to the list, complete the “Submit a Listing” form — our librarians will review it and follow up with you.
The SOESD Migrant Education/ELL Department provides workshops, presentations, coaching, and consultations on the building, district, and regional levels to school districts in Jackson, Josephine and Klamath counties.
NAMI Southern Oregon is a nonprofit affiliate of the National Association on Mental Illness (NAMI), the leading grassroots organization dedicated to providing education, support, and advocacy for people with mental illness, their families, and friends. NAMI is a volunteer-run organization that offers help and hope for recovery. NAMI Southern Oregon serves residents across Southern Oregon with free mental health support, online groups, resources and education.
Narcotics Anonymous offers recovery from the effects of addiction through working a twelve-step program, including regular attendance at group meetings. The group atmosphere provides help from peers and offers an ongoing support network for addicts who wish to pursue and maintain a drug-free lifestyle.
The National Human Trafficking Hotline connects victims and survivors of sex and labor trafficking with services and supports to get help and stay safe. The National Hotline also receives tips about potential situations of sex and labor trafficking and facilitates reporting that information to the appropriate authorities in certain cases. Trained Anti-Trafficking Hotline Advocates and supervisory staff provide assistance to victims in crisis through safety planning, emotional support and/or immediate connections to emergency services through our network of trained service provider and law enforcement partners.
Through their Community Grant Program, Republic Services supports local non-profit organizations in the areas where their employees and customers live and work. They particularly look to support organizations and efforts that address neighborhood revitalization, safety, disaster relief, and social services.
Our vision is to help every neuropathy sufferer live a more abled and pain-free life, and make neuropathy and its symptoms highly recognized in order to ensure that the necessary resources are utilized towards finding remedies and possibly a cure to ease the pain and suffering of those afflicted with neuropathy.
