Premier Community Supports provides the highest quality of person-centered support for in-home and community-based services. We offer a wide range of services such as in-home support, day supports, positive behavior supports, and 24-hour residentials supports. Premier was founded on the principles of person-centered care, integrity, quality, and a love for what we do, and it shows in the supports we provide. Our qualified and dedicated staff have decades of experience working in the field.
We support parents or guardians who are looking for personalized and customized care for their loved ones. Our highly trained and knowledgeable staff is well prepared to follow support plans and goals established for individuals, while providing a fun and safe environment where individuals are better equipped for success at home and in their communities. Through Project Baby Check and Healthy Families, we work with parents during the critical early stages of their children’s lives, from conception to kindergarten. Our Outreach workers are parent educators certified through Parents as Teachers. The Parents as Teachers program supports a parent’s role in promoting school readiness and healthy development of their children. We offer a relationship-based approach and embrace learning experiences that are relevant and customized for the individual needs of each family and child. We provide home visitations, monthly play groups, parenting classes, books and educational materials, nutrition and fitness classes, transportation services and much more.

Project Youth+ prepares low-income, first-generation and underrepresented youth to thrive in school, college and careers.
We use resilience-development strategies that are personalized to meet the strengths, preferences, and challenges of each individual.
Our Project Youth+ advisors provide long-term school outreach services year-round to build healthy relationships, establish a college-going peer culture, promote academic excellence, introduce key success skills, and facilitate interactive group activities from a grade-by-grade College & Career Preparation Curriculum.
