We believe that the Individuals we serve are people first. ColumbiaCare looks at the person first, then how development, circumstances, and mental disorders affect the person. It is our dream to have just the right combination of housing and supports available in every community so that the Individuals we serve have a pathway to achieving the same things all humans need: to not only feel safe and well taken care of, but to contribute and thrive.
Community Living Case Management (CLCM) provides a wide range of services for individuals and their families who are eligible for services under the Developmental Disabilities criteria. Adults with severe and persistent mental illness in Southern Oregon deserve every opportunity to build self-confidence and self-esteem, reintegrate into their community, become independent and productive, and live happy, healthy lives. At Compass House, members have purposeful opportunities through the work ordered day to rebuild their self-respect, dignity, and abilities through education, productive work, and meaningful relationships. We do this by helping Members complete educational goals, develop necessary work skills in order to return to productive employment in the community, and where needed, help members access needed resources.

With the help of our dedicated volunteers, we distribute food to low and no-income individuals and families in communities all over Josephine County. We have changed the way we build food boxes by growing our own local grocery store produce in our garden at Raptor Creek Farm along with other established programs to end hunger in our community. Our local food bank has provided and distributed millions of pounds of food each year.
