The Cow Creek Umpqua Indian Foundation makes grants up to $15,000. There are two grant application deadlines a year: March 1 and September 1. To be considered, a proposal must be submitted by the deadline date. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the application may be submitted the following weekday. Proposals sent by mail, fax or e-mail cannot be accepted. Final grant decisions will be announced approximately 12 – 16 weeks after each deadline. The Foundation cannot expedite a funding decision.

With the help of our dedicated volunteers, we distribute food to low and no-income individuals and families in communities all over Josephine County. We have changed the way we build food boxes by growing our own local grocery store produce in our garden at Raptor Creek Farm along with other established programs to end hunger in our community. Our local food bank has provided and distributed millions of pounds of food each year.
Located in the "Better Living Center" building on the West side of the church parking lot. Free food and clothing. Low-cost pots, pans, silverware, dishes, blankets, backpacks, and sleeping bags for sale in the Budget Shop. Religious organization.
Provides safe refuge and support services for women, children, and men to escape from sexual or domestic violence. Food, clothing, and personal care items are provided. Referrals to community services and emotional support. Help with court advocacy, legal referrals, parenting support groups, and transportation.
