Avista Foundation

A community investment program of Avista Corp., providing funding to non-profit organizations addressing the needs of communities and citizens served by Avista Utilities in Eastern Washington, Northern Idaho, portions of Southern Oregon, and Sanders County, Montana. Application close dates: February 1 (Health and Human Service Proposals), April 1 (Education and Youth Development Proposals), August 1 (Economic and Community Vitality Proposals), and November 1 (Environment and Arts and Culture Proposals).

Mission

Supporting education, providing assistance to vulnerable populations, and supporting projects that help communities and citizens to grow and prosper.

Programs

Eligibility: Non-profit 501©3 organizations addressing needs of communities served by Avista Utilities and/or Alaska Electric Light and Power Company.
