Grants Pass West VA CBOC Clinic

The Grants Pass West VA Outreach Clinic is a rural healthcare initiative of the VA Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center and Clinics (SORCC) in White City, Oregon. It is an outreach clinic designed to bring VA healthcare services closer to veterans living in Josephine County, namely those veterans who reside in remote areas.

Primary Care. Treatment and Medication Management for Mental Health purposes. Labs as ordered by your Primary Care Provider (PCP). Immunizations. Referrals to specialists inside and outside the VA. EKGs. Telehealth-cardiology. Smoking Cessation. SATP (T/Th, group and individual appts)
