One-time emergency vouchers to local thrift stores. Resource center with high-speed computer lab and printing capabilities. Kaleidoscope Play and Learn, a free play group for children aged 1-5 and their caregivers. Helping citizens access services they did not know they were eligible for, would not normally qualify for, or would not have been able to access. Educating, training, mentoring, and coordinating.

The Illinois Valley Family Coalition is a community organization helping those in need. We do this by providing prevention, education, advocacy, and referral services in partnership with other community resources.
