OnTrack Rogue Valley–Grants Pass

We envision that all residents in the Rogue Valley have access to quality comprehensive addiction and related behavioral health services that support recovery. OnTrack Rogue Valley offers evidence-based, trauma-informed and family-centric treatment and support services for youth, adults and families.

OnTrack Rogue Valley's mission is to empower individuals and families to overcome addiction, poverty and social stigma through integrative counseling, education, skills training and stable housing that sustain recovery.

Outpatient drug and alcohol treatment and services, walk-in assessments, DUII counseling, Breaking Free, mental health counseling, teen counseling, suboxone treatment counseling, transitional/low-income/second-chance housing
