Storybook Walk

Gather the family to read the classic poem, “I Wandered Lonely as a Cloud” by William Wordsworth in downtown Grants Pass and Cave Junction business windows during the month of July.

A Storybook Walk is an outdoor reading and walking experience of a children’s book with the pages of the book placed in different areas along a walking path.

Families are invited to stroll through downtown on their own time and at their own pace to read the featured story. Each “page” directs participants to the next location.

“I Wandered Lonely as a Cloud"

The library has partnered with downtown Grants Pass and Cave Junction businesses for a special summer Storybook Walk featuring William Wordsworth’s “I Wandered Lonely as a Cloud.”

The pages are displayed in the windows of local businesses. The first “page” in “I Wandered Lonely as a Cloud” is located at Travel Grants Pass Welcome Center, 198 SW 6th Street and Cave Junction City Hall, 222 Lister Street.

A printable version of each map is available below.
