Josephine Community Library and the Grants Pass Daily Courier partnered to ensure children of all ages continued reading over summer. Each week, summer reading activities, recommended reading, and opportunities to win prizes appeared in the Sunday edition of the Daily Courier and the Wednesday Country Weekly.
Through a partnership with Grants Pass School District 7, the library offered a Pop-Up Storybook Walk at various Summer Meals sites during the month of July.
Other sponsors include Affordable Truck & RV, Cynthia Harelson — CPA, Evergreen Federal Bank, Hill Dentistry, Institute of Museum and Library Services, Jim Sigel Chevrolet of Grants Pass, Josephine Community Library Foundation, Robinson Orthodontics, and the State Library of Oregon.
By supporting the Summer Reading Program, our sponsors and partners are investing in education and literacy in our community for years to come. Thank you!
