Unofficial Battle of the Books

Join Josephine Community Library for the Unofficial Battle of the Books. Students in 3rd–12th grade can read books, earn prizes, and have fun!

Find activities, tools, and materials for even the youngest members of the family. Each branch has a dedicated children’s area stocked with specialized collections for kids and their families. These spaces, and the accompanying digital resources, are yours to explore, study, discover, create, and connect.

Teens and tweens

Find digital resources, reading recommendations, leadership opportunities, and special programs for teens and tweens, all at the library. Our Grants Pass and Illinois Valley branches include a dedicated room for teens, which we’ve stocked with specialized collections of young adult titles.

Class/group visits

A library representative can include an age-appropriate activity with your students such as a mini-storytime, craft, or book-talk to complete during your special visit.
