NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Grants Pass will open a 21-day comment period on Wednesday, November 24, 2021, concluding on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at 5:00 PM, during which time written comments on the City’s CDBG 2020-2021 Year 1 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) will be accepted. The City is seeking input on how activities funded by the CDBG program addressed the needs of very low-, low-, or moderate-income community members. Comments on the CAPER will be reviewed during and at the close of the 21-day comment period, at which point the CAPER, along with comments, will be presented to the City Council for their consideration in a public hearing.
The draft CAPER is available for public review in the Grants Pass Parks & Community Development Department, City Hall Room 202, the Grants Pass branch of Josephine Community Libraries, 200 NW ‘C’ Street; and on the City’s webpage at: https://www.grantspassoregon.gov/886/CDBG-and-Consolidated-Plan.
