The library board of directors does not support a bond measure; all funds for the new Grants Pass library will be secured through grants and private donations.

The new main branch in Grants Pass (6th and 7th Streets, J and K Streets) will attract visitors, stimulate downtown revitalization, and enhance walkability. By connecting the Rogue River to the vibrant blocks near G Street, this project will transform the area.
