Strategic Direction

Josephine Community Library District uses its 2024-2027 Strategic Direction to guide decisions and to develop the operations plan. The FY 2022-23 Annual Report describes progress against the strategic direction and operations plan. See the sections below for details about both.

In April 2023, the Josephine Community Library District adopted its three-year strategic plan. In this plan, the board identified its vision, mission, values, reputation, position, imperatives (goals), objectives (measurements), and initiatives (activities). This plan forms the basis for the library’s decisions and operations through 2027.

Annual report

The FY 2022-23 Annual Report describes progress against the strategic direction and work plan for the library district’s past year of operation. This includes information about strategic planning, programs and services, people and systems, partnerships and outreach, and facilities.
