WC STEM Kit Demonstrations

February 14th @ 2:30 pm - 3:00 pm

Two young boys building a STEM robot kit with a laptop open infront of them in the teen room of the Grants Pass library.

Discover an exciting way for children to explore the wonders of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM)! During demonstrations, parents and caregivers can learn how to use the kits effectively while kids get a sneak peek at all the fun they can have learning through hands-on experiments.

STEM Kits are designed to spark curiosity and build skills like critical thinking, problem-solving, and logical reasoning, and teamwork in children. These kits are perfect for at-home learning or classroom use and are available to check out through the Library of Things with a library card.

Available STEM kits include:
• Rock & Fossil Kit
• Junior Microscope
• Junior Chemistry Lab Kit

This program is made possible thanks to an investment from the Parent Advisory Board of the Early Learning HUB – SOELS.
